Re: SG16 will not meet in Varna

Sorry, intended to post these links last Friday:

The “parent” paper recommends taking no action on `filesystem::u8path`, D.29:
Review Annex D for C++26

The next two papers are clearly for SG21 to comment on:

Remove Deprecated Unicode Conversion Facets From C++26

Remove Deprecated Locale Category Facets For Unicode from C++26

I am sending this one to SG21 to decide if SG21 should comment, or defer straight to the library groups:

Remove `wstring_convert` From C++26

I believe that is all the Annex D material that may be of concern to this study group, but feel free to audit the “parent” paper in case I missed something.

Neither Peter nor I will be physically present and several SG16 regular attendees would be unable to attend any time other than an evening session (which would mean no polling). Thus, we don't expect to have quorum. We're continuing to make good progress with our regular telecons and have an excellent track record with papers we have forwarded to LEWG and EWG, so I have no concerns that we'll continue to make good progress.
