The agenda for the meeting is:

  * Discuss and poll to adopt the proposed operational plan for now
    until the NY meeting:
      o https://github.com/sg16-unicode/sg16/blob/master/OperatingProcedures.md
  * Discuss whether to switch from Bluejeans to Zoom for future meetings.
      o WG21 is encouraging (but not requiring) all SGs to use Zoom for
        consistency and for polling features.
  * Unicode Message Format Working Group liaison report.
  * D1949R3: C++ Identifier Syntax using Unicode Standard Annex 31
      o New draft revision review. Steve will circulate an updated
        revision as soon as it is available.

Anticipated decisions to be made at this meeting include:

  * Whether to adopt the proposed operating procedures document
    (possibly with modifications) for future meetings.
  * Whether to switch from Bluejeans to Zoom.
  * Whether to forward D1949R3.
