Main issues (125 min)2.1 General logisticsFuture meeting plansF2F vs hybrid:
virtual is viable for SG, people can only be limited to 1 or 2 day attendance
core groups: need an entire week, is a loss in throughput if they dont meet F2F, 3 days 6-7 hours a day, hard to do that even with weekly meeting
super telecons to address major designs, but its still hard
F2F need hybrid support? money? facility?
hard to attend F2F as observer, need connection/proxy
hybrid is preferred if at all possible
F2F all in same timezone, 12 hours opposite
subchairs adjusted their schedule
