This doesn't make sense. Why is "US and Canada" after UTC
(do they now own UTC)?

Also 1900 UTC is not 2pm Easter Time these days.

When exactly is the meeting going to happen, at 1900 UTC
or at 2pm Eastern? If you can't get the time conversions
right, please present a single time in the timezone of
your choice, only.
