  Hi Paul, I will get you a number. Do you want to try to submit for Feb
15th which seems unrealistic as it is 3 days away? We can also aim for
March 15th. We can submit for the 15th of every month. I don't think there
is any particular deadline we need to make.a deadline.

A few things I think we can do to help the paper:
1. see if Wouter like to add more words and be a co-author, add others who
would also like to co-author; generally more people mean you have more
support though it is not a guarantee
2. add more references such as to reddit and Alistair Meredith paper which
is just an omnibus paper to complete the process of removal.
3. I like to see more possible contributor names added to show who in SG14
is particularly keen on this
4. add references to this thread of discussion and the Feb 10 SG14 notes
and then do a balanced analysis of the call to show what both sides
(support and against) main arguments are
5. then draw your conclusion for your support

Thoughts?
