Thanks all, I agree. It seems the best way is to follow Paul's suggestion
given that Matthew will not be on. As a reminder, Ben Craig will be
chairing. Thanks Ben.

Freestanding (previously p0829)
Fixed point (and others p0037 )
ring_buffer ( P0059 does this need a new champion? )
I think Ring buffer is being taken over by Inbal Levi?
