Dead SG14ers,

This is a quick reminder -- especially for those who joined the list since
April 9th -- that you should let me know if you plan to attend the CppCon
Face-to-Face meeting of SG14. If you will be there, then you don't need to
buy an SG14 ticket. Just drop me an email.
