Re: [SG14] Monthly meeting next Wednesday 2-4 ET

I plan on writing up a paper on a concurrent queue. It's not a paper
intended for standardization (yet), but more just to have a set of concrete
queues in mind for discussions we have had recently around defining a queue
interface. Once I finish writing up the paper, I can include it here if we
think it might be relevant to discussions this month. Not sure how much
that fits into SG14 vs. SG1.
