This group was active around 2018-2019 when it was reviewing the graphics (P0267 <https://wg21.link/p0267>) and audio (P1386 <https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2019/p1386r0.pdf>) proposals. Both proposals were ultimately deemed by the committee to not be fit for inclusion in the Standard, were abandoned, and no proposals in this space have been submitted since – which is why the group has been dormant.

If a new proposal in this space were submitted, that may or may not resurrect the group.
