Ah, sorry for the accidental misrepresentation of who the author is.
All the more reason why the next time around we should be sure to make
it clear. :-) Regardless, I agree that this needs to be seen within
WG21 to make sure C doesn't change the behavior of C++ in a
problematic way, and the paper we have is sufficient to hopefully give
you feedback if anyone spots concerns.
