As always, submitting a paper is a roundabout process that seems to
require non-public knowledge, does anyone have Hal Finkel's (Vice
Chair) email address?
Submitted a paper for kona to someone but doesn't look like it was
forwarded on. Want to make sure it gets through for the next meeting.
