Acccording to Pavel's cited issuecomment it was folded into CWG2518.

Perhaps DRs are not listed on the compiler support page(s) of cppreference?

Thanks, is it part of C++23 release or C++26? I don't see it here: https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/compiler_support/23
