Is it a bad idea? After all, containers' methods are not deprecated, why is there no need to consider them?

It's a feature of the C++20 standard library. Someone who doesn't use
it is choosing not to. And there are consequences of choosing not to.

We don't have to continue to propagate bad ideas to every corner of
the standard library just because some parts of it used them.
