Is it worth asking whether random-access sized but not-common ranges are still a corner case with `any_view`?

What about the path of enforcing commonness for random-access sized ranges by having `ranges::end` return `ranges::begin(r) + ranges::size(r)`?

This is not the design direction preferred by the LEWG.

While using `any_view`, I was surprised that `back()` cannot be made available with any combination of view options, because `view_interface::back()` is only provided for common views and `any_view` is never common.

There is only a small change necessary: https://purplekarrot.github.io/wg21-papers/d0000.html

Feedback or guidance how to proceed with that suggestion appreciated.
