Nevin Liber once explained to me that his mailbox might have some filtering, which caused some requests for paper numbers to appear in spam.
I'll ask him for you.

Hello,
In the beginning of the year I sent two proposals to Hal Finkel as I have already done.
After a really long time w/o replay I dug deeper and found out, the process is changed.

So I did, but 3 weeks later I again have no response.

I think that document is also out of date. An online paper submission process is used these days, but using it requires an account.

Nevin, can you please get SD-7 updated to direct people to https://isocpp.org/papers with account creation instructions?

Tom.

Two years later, I'm facing the same problem.

It's it possible for non-members to submit papers? How?

Email Nevin

I did, a week and a half ago. Like Tom, I received no response.
