As a general hint on writing, not just for C++ proposals - if you are
not confident in writing in a language (English in this case), it
usually does not help to have ChatGPT or other AI write it for you. You
end up with writing that you can't understand easily yourself. You
can't expect your all of target audience to be any stronger in English
than yourself - they too will have trouble.

So write things as best you can in English yourself - as far as I can
tell from your emails, it's more than good enough. Use tools to check
for grammar and spelling mistakes (I am dependent on spell checkers),
and maybe ask the tools to read the paper and give suggestions on the
language. There's nothing wrong with getting AI's opinion on writing
(or code, for that matter), but don't let it write for you. (And don't
bother asking its opinion on the content of what you write - AI's are
far too sycophantic to give good feedback. Regulars on this list are
much better at giving constructive criticism.)
