With most email clients, all you have to do is *reply* to the correct email
when replying. That will make them insert the correct In-Reply-To header,
referring to the replied email's Message-Id.
Your email client isn't inserting any In-Reply-To or References headers. I
suggest you upgrade to a better client for mailing lists.
