The C++ ISO standardization is probably one of the most transparent standardizations anyhow.
But it has to follow the official rules.

This paper tracker was made private for the duration of the ongoing
WG21 meeting so that we satisfy the ISO rule of "no live tweeting

The tracker will become public again after the WG21 meeting has ended.
