Thanks, so it looks like it's really just waiting on someone to propose
merging it into C++ proper?

I did find a couple of issues with the LFTS3 spec of unique_resource,
which I'll post in a separate thread once I have them organized; it's
been a while since I looked at this, so I'll have to do a bit of
archaeology first...
