I find first proposal you sent
(http://www.open-std.org/Jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2009/n2881.html)
closest to mine. However, it is of 2009.
I wonder if there was any movement since then?

Second proposal (http://open-std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG21/docs/papers/2014/n4225.html) is on related topic but quite far from mine or first one you sent by syntax. As author asked to choose from "I love it?/I hate it?".
I'd say I don't like it that much. Sorry.
I've seen it's yours. Didn't mean to devaluate your best intents.
