For one thing, posting content whose format makes sense (partially) only
when pasted to a Markdown editor is probably not a good idea. My eyes are
not a good Markdown renderer. This also strengthens people's impression
that the content is not human-generated and not worth reading.

Even if the content is satisfactory, making the format easier to read makes
the discussion easier to happen.

And the important thing is how the content is relevant to C++
standardization, which is what this mailing list is for.
