Hi Dustyn, sure, the list and subgroup are still active. You can search
for "SG7" in
http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2019/#mailing2019-06 to
get current papers. Or if you have a draft proposal for SG7 that you want
initial feedback on, feel free to post it here and we'll review it.
