I think all four of us have reviewed the document at this point.  Hans, since you know the procedure, could you send the document out?  Or, if you think it should come from me, then could you advise on the protocol/procedure?

Since there isn't a mailing between now and tomorrow, we can just attach a pdf version to the EWG wiki when we're done. We should submit officially around August 14, after the meeting, before the deadline early on the 15th.
