WG21 voted out the current TM-lite draft, with Jens' responses to the
ballot comments.

Michael Wong, as editor, has a bit of work left, but we're basically done
with the TS version 2!

I think it's useful to talk briefly about where to go next, and if there is
anything we can do to encourage implementation of TS v2.
