SOUGHT: US university professor w/ grad student and interest in non-conventional C++ teaching

ep5 is a US non-profit charitable foundation producing educational content in the technology field, aimed particularly toward improving vocational opportunities for the economically disadvantaged.We are seeking a US
university CS professor willing to discuss a project which would
perfect a method to be used to teach C++ to young people who
cannot afford college. This entails a long-term grad student
research undertaking. The grad student position would be fully
and fairly compensated and would require relocation to our area
for the duration of the work. Incidental to this project is the
development of a real-world open-source C++ application in
industrial process control.
