I think a 15 minute overview for graph is a good intro.

Hi all, as we discussed in the last call, we plan to propose a cppcon proposal for SG19, giving a 15 minute overview to each proposal.
If you are planning t submit standalone proposal on your topic, then we can expand the other sections and just refer to your talk for your section.
