No, that isn't a typo, I finally published a meeting summary for the 2024-06-12 SG16 meeting, just under a year since the meeting took place.

No polls were taken, but good progress was made on the following LWG issues.

• LWG issue 4070 (github): Transcoding by std::formatter<std::filesystem::path>.
• LWG issue 4087 (github): Standard exception messages have unspecified encoding.
• LWG issue 4090 (github): Underspecified use of locale facets for locale-dependent std::format.

The github tracker issues linked above have been updated with the conclusion of each discussion. Additional effort is needed to produce a proposed resolution for each issue. Once available, I'll schedule these issues again for a confirmation poll in SG16.

Volunteers to draft wording for LWG 4087 and LWG 4090 would be appreciated.
