As per previous meeting guidance, I have produced new revisions of

P1854: http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2021/p1854r2.pdf (sorry for the incorrect D number in the paper)

P2361: http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2021/p2361r4.pdf

We have not yet taken a poll on P1854 (not since 2019 anyhow), but I think we have consensus based on previous discussions. 

I think both these papers are ready to be sent forward to EWG unless there is some information I am not aware of.
