SG16 telecons will switch to Zoom starting with the next meeting on August 12th.  The next meeting has been scheduled, but invitation emails have not been delivered; the problem is being looked into.  In the meantime, the meeting information can be viewed on the WG21 shared calendar.  A password will be required to join the meeting; the meeting information includes a password hint, please contact me if that hint is insufficient.  The switch to Zoom is motivated by WG21 guidance, consistency with other SGs, and superior polling facilities.

The following decisions were made at this meeting:
- SG16 chose to forward P2201R0 to the CWG assuming agreement from the EWG chair.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12th, from 19:30-21:00 UTC (timezone conversion).  The draft agenda is:
- P2178R1: Misc lexing and string handling improvements
  - Begin discussions on the various proposals.
  - Possibly begin taking direction polls.
