The following decisions made at this meeting have tentative consensus and will become the SG16 consensus in a week if no objections are raised.
- SG16 will adopt the operating procedures described at:
  - https://github.com/sg16-unicode/sg16/blob/78d6b4052ed561a6f5d384d6b5a4c7f30ac523c6/OperatingProcedures.md.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 22nd, from 19:30-21:00 UTC (timezone conversion).  An invitation (from invite@bluejeans.com) has been sent to the mailing list and prior attendees.  The draft agenda is:
- Core issue 1871: Non-identifier characters in ud-suffix

  - https://github.com/sg16-unicode/sg16/issues/61
  - Core decreed that this issue is evolutionary. JF requested that SG16 review and provide a recommendation.
- D1949R3: C++ Identifier Syntax using Unicode Standard Annex 31
  - Review updates since the April 8th review.
