For section 4, ‘entities’ is not the right term.  In particular, typedefs and enumerators

are not entities, and that was a fun thing for modules wording to handle as well.

There are some bits of wording that need fixing up that I plan to address before the 15th mailing, so having multiple P revisions seems overkill.
