I'll have an update with changes as discussed in the teleconference. I'd also like to get a straw poll on sending to EWG for their examination. 
On https://github.com/cplusplus/papers/issues/613  JF asked that SG16 look first, so it's currently not scheduled.

Sounds good.  I had already planned to make sure we discuss this one.
