I think it was a half-joke... if you're translating keywords, you should
also translate escape sequences, e.g. by applying (reverse)
transliterating on "\n". 'n' is mapped to н [1], hence, use "\н" for a
newline.
But then: "newline" in Russian is translated as "Подача на строку" or
"Перевод на строку", so you actually want '\п'? :-P
I don't know Russian Google translate told me "newline" -> "новая линия", that's why I went with \н
(I probably should have asked a coworker that does know Russian.)
My point being "where do you draw the line" (pun intended?). Do you translate everything?
On the other hand, you have not experienced B'jarnE's C++ until you have read it in the original Klingon.
