Distinguishable yes, but canonically equivalent, and discouraged.
*The Unicode Standard* reads, in Section 7.2 Greek, *sub* Greek Letters as
Symbols <https://www.unicode.org/versions/Unicode15.1.0/ch07.pdf#G12477>,
