Peter and I discussed plans for Varna and have decided not to hold an
in-person meeting that week. Neither Peter nor I will be physically
present and several SG16 regular attendees would be unable to attend any
time other than an evening session (which would mean no polling). Thus,
we don't expect to have quorum. We're continuing to make good progress
with our regular telecons and have an excellent track record with papers
we have forwarded to LEWG and EWG, so I have no concerns that we'll
continue to make good progress.
