Hey folks,

I'm in the middle of moving, which obviously is not ideal so close to
Issaquah and the end of the cycle.
I should be able to get back to editing papers in about a week or so, but
if you have specific wording suggestions for the points we discussed last
wednesday, especially ucs2 in the deprecated annex (several suggestions
were made), it would be helpful to move things along!
