The Unicode Souce Code Ad Hoc Group (SCWG) created by the Unicode
Consortium in 2021 has been hard at work on a new Unicode Technical
Specification that addresses concerns with the handling of source code
written as Unicode text. An initial draft was recently published.

Please take some time to review the draft linked above and respond to
this email with any corrections, questions, or other comments. The next
UTC meeting <https://www.unicode.org/timesens/calendar.html> is
scheduled for January 24-26, 2023, so please supply any comments well in
advance of that date so that the SCWG has time to consider them and make
updates before the next presentation to the UTC.

work they have performed to produce the new TS!
