 1. We agreed to forward the reviewed D2572R0 draft

    as amended per discussion, to LEWG as the proposed resolution for
    LWG3576 <https://wg21.link/lwg3576> and LWG3639
    <https://wg21.link/lwg3639>.

The reviewed paper has now been submitted, with the discussed
amendments, for the June mailing as P2572R0 <https://wg21.link/p2572r0>.

Per our operating procedures

the above decision will be deemed as having SG16 consensus subject to
dissenting opinions raised during the next week.
