Target for this email was primarily people who had contributed to the
paper, which I picked up late and has a cast of co-authors, I've added CWG.

As an editorial issue, the Table X is too large to fit on a page and flows
off the bottom when it's a {floattable}. I'm not sure if there's a standard
workaround for it in the draft, but I have otherwise put together a patch
for lex.tex.
