Are you suggesting some kind of edit to the meeting notes?  Or is this
just further discussion spawned by them?

I don't think there is anything factually incorrect with Steve's
statement; just different interpretations of what stable means.  I agree
that the Unicode stability policy gives us sufficient stability for our
concerns.
