As learned from the developer survey, dependency management is a missing piece in the C++ ecosystem. I try to fill this void by creating a specification for dependency management. I'm looking for early feedback and collaboration.

The ideas are written down in a paper that can be downloaded from http://www.klabbers.nl/iso-wg15/Specification_for_dependency_management_v0.01.pdf. Please be aware that it is far from complete at the moment. Most important is to get consensus on the direction taken in this paper.
