Dear SG10,

I recently presented this paper (https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2025/p3798r0.html) to the BSI panel and was advised to check with SG10 whether we need to add a feature test macro for the change we are proposing. Please share your opinion and thank you in advance.
