The bad news is that we've accumulated a bit of an SG22 paper backlog. The good news is that as announced by Guy today, I am stepping up as vice chair of SG22 and will do my best to deal with that problem. The next step is to schedule the following three papers for an SG22 telecon:

P0085R3 "Oo... adding a coherent character sequence to begin octal-literals" (Jolly Chen, Axel Naumann, Michael Jonker)
P3658R1 "Adjust identifier following new Unicode recommendations" (Robin Leroy)
P3677R0 "Preserving LC_CTYPE at program start for UTF-8 locales" (Corentin Jabot)

Note that there is an SG16 telecon at 19:30 UTC on April 22, so 30 minutes after the second time slot.
