SG16 reviewed WG21-P3677R0/WG14-N3539 (Preserving LC_CTYPE at program start for UTF-8 locales) during its 2025-07.30 meeting. The following poll was taken:

  • POLL 2: Encourage WG14 to adopt P3677R0/N3539.
    • Quorum was a bit low that day, but we still had strong consensus for what the paper proposes.

    Has WG14 reviewed this paper and established a consensus for it? Perhaps further review in SG22 is warranted.
