Thanks, sorry for getting carried away. This is, after all, rather simple:
1) consensus on adopting this proposal increases manyfold from my
constituents' part if the identifier-less form is removed from the
proposal.
2) dropping the proposal altogether has, by definition, 100%
consensus. That would be the best outcome I can find
for other reasons, too, but especially when we start thinking about
where we should direct our energy.
